Knowing how to make the best out of your equity and knowledge/skills is no secret to stress free finance.

However, how do we achieve it?

Please prepare the following before the session.

1a. Your categorised annual spend April 2020 to March 2021, identify what is wanted, essentials and it was not necessary.

1b. Your forecast, budget April 2021 to Sept 2021

2. Your debt against depreciating asset, e.g. Cars, Consumables ,can you pay it off in 3 years without reallocating funding?

3. Your debt to asset ratio (include appreciating asset vs mortgage, e.g. house)

4. Your skills and experience valuation - job insights evaluation (check the permanent role rate as well as contracted hour rate)

5. What are your realistic goals?  How can we help you to achieve it?  

6. What would you invest in? Time for Education, Time for Relationship, Equity in growth
